Welcome! My name is Jenna. Iām an Atlanta native who initially began exploring yoga as a tool to help manage feelings of depression and anxiety. I started to explore classes at my local gym and quickly fell in love with the practice.
Upon completing my 200hr yoga teacher training in early 2021, I began offering donation-based park classes where we steadily grew our tribe. I continued to explore different styles and teachings of yoga through books, classes, and daily practices. Over time, I began to work in wellness studio spaces, started offering 1-on-1 sessions, and guiding prenatal yoga sessions for expectant mothers. Through this journey my continued mission is to create a safe space for all to move, grow, and explore both on and off the mat. With each gathering I work to align with my intention of promoting divine connection and oneness through yoga, meditation, and community.
